Re: Score 346 for CSSE
Near enough a guaranteed place at both. See the collated cut off thread in the Essex section from last year.
Re: Score 346 for CSSE
Put both at the top. It is likely you will get a place at one of the schools.

Without wishing to sound flippant, the final cut-off score for any school will only be known when the last child is admitted - which may be some days / weeks after the beginning of the Autumn term 2014 as some children just don't turn up on the first day or move on swiftly having found the travelling too much or having been offered a waiting list place to replace the former categories at a school they had ranked higher.Motosmum wrote:Hi does anyone know when the cut off scores are decided? Initially, though, the cut-off for OOC will be the score of the lowest-scoring child offered a place on March 3rd 2014; for WHSB, this will be at least the 39th boy down the OOC list of applicants (but in reality likely to be that of a boy several /many places further down, as there are not usually 115 qualifying IC applicants.
Sorry if that sounds very vague, but other than the certainty that the cut-off for any WHSB place will not be below 303, at this point, no-one can say.
