I'm bit baffled as "tracker" has 7 letters , but "feared" and "locked" have 6 only.(thought they would all have same number of letters)
"ck" of "rack" can be counted as 4th and 5th letters from the beginning or 3rd and 4th from the end of "tracker"
Correct answer is "dock".

Edit, as explanation terrible:
Last letter, then gap then next three in chunk order, but counting from the end, not the start, so therefore letter number becomes irrelevant.
