The Rucksack Project
I've just got involved with arranging a local version of this, and feel it's an excellent way to give at this time of the year, to people in our own communities who need extra help, support and compassion.
I thought some of you may be interested too. It seems a great family project, free too and much more personal somehow than the yearly shoeboxes, fab as they are.
Google The Rucksack Project or look at the video on y** t*** ( can't seem to link it...)
Hope it inspires you as much as it did us!
