Presents for 10 year old boys

Post by fatbananas »

Can anyone help provide me with inspiration for these? We have carcassone, crisp packet fireworks book, some lego and now I've drawn a complete blank  What have other people bought their DS's this Christmas?

A box of chocolate praline "seashells" (the Lidl version rather than Guylian, even  ), but that may not be every lad's preference, admittedly. DS2 and DD are mad about them, and DS1 will eat anything chocolate, so they make an easy stocking-filler.

DS2 is also getting a new watch, but that is a replacement for the one that was stolen a couple of weeks ago...

Yes it might be an idea to give us an idea of the sort of boy he is.. And of course what price point you are looking at.. I would go for some sort of modelling, whether it be poly or balsa, or even up to rc kits if you are looking for something more expensive.

Depends where you live, but mine love catapults, cammo gear, walky talkies. Plus they each got a Swiss army knife when they were deemed sensible enough...Ds1 still waiting for his. not really. Also spokey dokeys, cycle accessories, tool kits or speedometer.
