How do children get from Winchcombe to the Crypt?

Post by isbournenorth »

We are thinking of moving to Winchcombe - how easy is it for children to get to the Crypt? Do they have to bus to Cheltenham and change? Is there a service from Winchcombe?

Thanks in advance!

Have a look on the Bennetts Coaches website, they have information about their new bus service into Crypt/Ribston on there. Their cost is cheaper than that on the link above (which is for 2012/13 prices)!

Express are seriously rubbish and have received many complaints. I just can't wait to get my child off it. You would be very well advised to go with the new Bennetts service (starting in September), although I'm not sure what vacancies they have at the moment as there was talk of a waiting list.

According to the BBC, Swanbrook are now offering an open-top service on one route.

I know, how could a driver "forget" he was driving a double decker bus?!! I must admit though, I hate that road and bridge; never managed to hit it though.
