What to do in the queue?

Post by crazydaisy »

OK, so I'm always fascinated (yes, we're on our 4th eleven plus child) by how we behave whilst queuing to go in to the exam.. Worst example so far was NW five years ago when mother was berating her child with instructions continually. Some go for calm but anxious, some for the entire family and toddler distraction. I like the 'make silly jokes' style- but DD was loudly proclaiming 'i don't care' - controversial, that one.

It reminds me of the X factor queue! Silly jokes sounds good and a banana to eat too. Let's hope it's not raining as that is the worst.

In the interminable wait we had on Friday, I resorted to asking DS about football. He couldn't believe his luck. :D
