Tiffins Test (TS & TGS) on 7th October
Good Luck to every one sitting for the test.
Best if you come by public transport. Several buses come to Kingston as well as Southwest train to Kingston from Waterloo and Richmond.
If coming by own transport, parking in Bentalls, John Lewis and several other Public Parking lots is available. Traffic Wardens / camera cars are very active, specially on this day. Please be considerate to schools' neighbours by not parking in residential streets around these schools.

Good luck to everyone sitting the test Tomorrow.
ps. We have decided for DD to not take the test as we will not move to the area we previously planned to.

Can't wait to get this out of the way, had enough of this NVR and VR crap now.
It's only the beginning of the end as we switch emphasis to Maths and English now for the Indies' exams in January.

Good Luck all. Pretty cold morning. Hope every one does well.
Re: Tiffins Test on 7th October
We sat the morning session att TGS this morning and the number of people there - adults and children was overwhelming. Does anyone know how many girls are sitting TGS (morning and afternoon). I would hazard to guess 2000+.

Longing to know that too. 2 quite different figures given to me. Test being on a single day, I would guess around 1700 sound much realistic. Suppose we have to wait for the results. When is that expected?Does anyone know how many girls are sitting TGS (morning and afternoon). I would hazard to guess 2000+.

DS was at Boys' School this morning. Arrived very early and surprisingly there was already a queue. Headteacher was already ushering them in. Just as well as the letter said there were over 1700 boys today.
DS did great on verbal. For NVR he was stunned at "5 mins left" just how many questions were left!!
