Does 303 pass mark mean top 24% of cohort?
Hi, On the WHSB admissions policy is says 'Priority is given to Year 6 pupils who are resident within a defined local geographical area. A score will be determined each year after the testing date to enable places to be offered to those within the top 24% of the ability range.'
Does that mean that the figures are standardised to ensure that 24% of cohort scores 303 or above? Otherwise how can they establish top 24%?
Thank you for your help
