Any opinions on how Tutors' VR CD relates to CSSE 11+ ?
My daughter has done 3 of the 100 question/ 1 hour tests so far and has scored 99%, 95%, & 95%. Obviously, I am very pleased with her scores and was wondering how these tests relate to the Essex CSSE test paper. Does anyone have any experience or opinions?
Answering my own question! My daughter felt that the Tutors Cd was excellent practice for the real thing. She did all 12 timed tests in the weeks running up to the test. It got her used to the timing issues as well as widening her skill base.
One surprise benefit, was that she had been used to working out codes etc on rough paper & they were told in the test they were NOT allowed to write on the question paper. A few children she knows were put off by this as they had got used to a system of writing on the question paper.
