travelling to bishops vesey from solihull

Hi . I wonder if there is anyone out there in the same position we find ourselves in?. Live in the Solihull area and wondering whether to apply to Bv grammer school because although a great school worried about how difficult it is to actually travel there as I believe there is no green bus ? Does anyone have a child already studying there and let me know about travel situation. ? Or is there a private bus company already in operation? Any help would bbe great !

We live really local to BV, around 2 miles away, the roads are so clogged that DS has to leave at 7.30 to get the bus to school on time, he could walk it quicker. Also be mindful that at least 2 days a week your DS will have rugby commitments, on these days mine can easily not be home until approaching 6pm. Will be very interesting to see what others who travel from Solihull say. I presume he'd have to get the train?
