Educating the East End

I have fallen in love with Christopher, the boy with ASD, what a fab boy and how well the school support him! :D

Yes, Christopher was so lovely, a real credit to his family.

As for the rest of this series, I'm afraid it didn't catch the essence of the school and the children in the same way as the previous two series - maybe that's why there were fewer programmes this time?

Funny. I actually think this series gave the best, most rounded portrayal of a modern comprehensive secondary school. It is certainly the one that has left me with the most favourable impression probably because it has included not only high achieving children but children of all abilities with real aspirations for themselves.

I really enjoyed it too. Did anyone else watch the Channel 5 "Too Tough to Teach"?
