Last year my daughter had score 120 of 11+ and we had a successful appeal. She told me there were several score 141 students in her class, it was quite impressed me. I am curious about my daughter's level in her class because she probably has the lowest 11+ score in her class, I never know.
She took a MidYIS test at the beginning of November this year and I got a report from school last night. Her overall score is 131. I wonder what level it will be? Anybody has any advice on this?
131 is a good score - take a look at the eligibility criteria on the NAGTY site - if I remember correctly a midYIS score of 129 plus is accepted as evidence og being "gifted"
Thanks for your reply. My daughter is enjoyed her new school and does well, just sometimes complain about the homework. I think other Year 7 kids do so too. I want to know if she is at low end of the group just because of her 11+ score. BTW, she got 3 level 5 in KS2.
