1st March is on a Sunday this year. Does anyone whether we will be given DC's secondary school offer on the Friday before or will we have to wait until the Sunday? Thanks

National Offer Day is, I believe, Monday 2nd March. In practice this probably means offers being posted second class on the Friday - some will get them on Saturday morning, others on the Monday and obviously online offers will be different again!

I live in stockport and the official news is that offers will be available online from midnight 2nd March. Postal notifications are being sent out first class on 2nd March.

Have you checked the LEA website to see if they have stated what the arrangements are?

National Offers Day is March 1st but when this falls at the weekend, most councils give results the next working day.
In 2014, parents had to wait until March 3rd to get the outcome as March 1st was a Saturday and 2012 was a leap year so parents got their results on time but it still felt like a day too late.
