NFER practice recommendations Needed

hi,as I am DIY aspirant for my DS,can anyone kindly recommend good practice material for NFER?i am currently doing BOND papers with him.I am zeroing upon,AGSB,ST ambrose and URmston.I am a tad bit worried about VR and English.any advice would be highly appreciated

GL do VR/ NVR study guides, then start GL papers.
