Reading and Kendrick allocations March 2015

Post by Tinkers »

The time is almost upon us, so here is a thread to post your allocation results.

Both Reading and Kendrick are posting letters second class today, with the intent that they should arrive on Monday, but inevitably some will arrive on Saturday.

please don't panic if you don't get your letter tomorrow. All it means is you were not so with the post.

Please also be mindful that whilst you may have had the result you wanted, others may not.

Don't feel obliged to post your score too, but if you do it will help others gauge what the cut off might be.

Edited to add the following info

As of 2nd March 2015, the highest score on the waiting list for Kendrick Girls is 114.99 and the highest score on the waiting list for Reading Boys is 113.12

For those interested in Reading, the following info may be useful too.

Can you tell me how far down the waiting list you have gone in previous years?
We can confirm that we offered the following number of places on the waiting list between allocation on 1st March and the start of term in September for the last 4 academic years as follows:
2011 - 7
2012 - 6
2013 - 7
2014 - 4

Kendrick school website.....

National Offer Day – Monday 2nd March 2015

Monday 2nd March is National Offer Day. If your daughter has been offered a place at Kendrick School you will receive a letter from us which will be posted on 27th February by second class post.

If you daughter scored 110.0 or above in our admission tests which took place in September, she will be on our waiting list unless she has been offered a place at her higher preference school. A letter will be been sent to all the candidates on our waiting list on 27th February by second class post which will give her position on the waiting list as at 2nd March 2015. Please do not telephone the school before receiving this letter. We will not be giving out waiting list positions during week commencing 2nd March.

Please refer to the National Offer Day Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) which will be published on our website on Monday 2nd March 2015 before contacting the school with any queries.
