Re: Kent 11plus test format
This is pretty current: http://www.elevenplusexams.co.uk/school ... nt-11-plus" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; about the test content but I would add that the pass mark last year and this year was 320 with 106 minimum in each paper.
Re: Kent 11plus test format
Aslo I believe it will not necessarily be the same next year as this...I do think that the maths and English sections should be longer. I do not know when there will be more information.
Re: Kent 11plus test format
thank you both for above, will keep an eye for any changes.

Is there a reason as to why you think the maths and English test should be longer?
Re: Kent 11plus test format
I am pretty sure they will not be.
Re: Kent 11plus test format
You need to follow the sticky at the top of this Kent forum which should have latest stuff that anyone founds out re 2016 posted onto it.
The stuff elsewhere on the site about Kent needs taking down if it is out of date. But I don't know who is responsible for that.
The contract for 2016 test has only recently been awarded to GL Assessment again so I don't think there is much definitive detail about it at the moment but an educated guess would be that it is along the lines of 2015 with any wrinkles ironed out - just as in 2015 they appear to have sorted the issue of the English being too easy in the 2014 test, and there being too many maths questions in the 2014 test.

I've removed the out of date sticky about previous Kent test
Re: Kent 11plus test format
Thank you. That's very helpful.
Re: Kent 11plus test format
Hello Mystery, sorry to sound daft but could you explain what it means to 'follow the sticky at the top'. I can't see what I have to do and am new to this forum world. My child will be taking the test in September 2016. Thank you.
