When everyone has had time to digest results, I would be interested to know the rankings that have been successful this year for each school. With all the increases in places throughout the schools, I know girls were ranked to 500 (their are 398+Pates places available for girls), just wondering what rank was offered a place and where.

My DD has been offered a place at Ribston (how happy is she this morning!) and her friend who was ranked 401 has a place at Ribston too (also a very happy little lady!).

Marling placed to at least 319 today (but they had ranked into the 400's so plenty of disappointed DS's I think)

I don't think we were given a rank beyond in the top 150 for Marling.

Mrs Devon - you don't get a rank if you are in the top 150, as that means you are pretty much guaranteed a place. You are ranked from no. 151 onwards, so people have some idea of where they are and how likely they are to get a place.
