That's very interesting info! Is the office just telling anyone who asks?

So, the ones missing at the moment are CHG, SCGSG and BV, I think.

Never seen max scores for each school before....interesting to see that the 280+ aren't prevalent like they used to be

True Bob! That's what an easier test does to top end scores - no more 280's :(

Lovely to hear from you and interesting info.

Why nothing for CHG, BV, SCGSG?

Would have thought an 'easier test' would have upped the cut-offs so surprised to see the drop in chb score- pupil premium played its part.
Hopefully the genuine and deserving pp candidates got in and those (although no fault of their own) whose dps have abused the system didn't.
We've spoke about this subject before on this forum so best to leave it for another day and hopefully the FO will sort it out.
Today's more of a time for reflection (& hopefully celebration) than anything else.

Bob1892 I have tried to keep up but I still don't get why the rise in pp scores have caused CHB non pp scores to go down from 243 to 239??? Perhaps I'm being thick.....

With an easier test you will see a lot of children scoring at a very high percentage and scores are evenly distributed at the top end. With a harder test you will see only a few exceptional children scoring at the very top end and hence an uneven distribution. This in effect then causes the scores to stay down at 270's rather then few out of thousands on 280+'s.

Rimjhimm - Let's take an example to explain this. We know CHB intake is 120 and 30 of these are PP candidates. I don't know the exact cut-off numbers, but we do know that PP cut-off this year has gone up by 5 points and non-pp cut-off reduced by 4 points.

We also know that if CHB intake was 120, with no PP children allowed, and this is important, then the natural CHB cut-off will be around 238

And what seems to have happened this year is that a lot of PP children might have scored quite highly (240+), thereby taking some top scoring places in CHB from non-PP children. So if you look at the rank order, you might might find that out of 120 places available, the PP scores are not necessarily in the bottom 30 and this causes the non-PP cut-off to go down. At least in theory, but I am rubbish at explaining :(
