Their oversubscription criteria did not mention any quota or cut-off - so in theory, anyone who scored 111 and above and applied to Langley from the local area should have been offered a place. However, their letter is implying that there was a cut-off but actual offers contradict that? Unless, their letter is intended to address applicants outside of the local area?
