Dear Neurotic Kent Mum

HIKNOS are 6 types of verbal reasoning questions as identified by the publishers IPS.

VR tests published by NFER which can be bought in the shops only contain 15 types of questions. The real 11 plus tests published by NFER can be 15 types or 21 types depending on your area/school. The extra 6 questions are HIKNOS.

Hi neurotic kent mum

The quickest way to identify all 21 question types for free is to look at The Tutors Verbal Reasoning CD1 Demo.

The last 6 question types 16-21 on the demo correspond to the IPS HIKNOS cataloguing.
