The Quest Programme

Post by tfad »

Has anyone had any experience of the Quest Programme?

It was included in some documentation for an independent school that we are considering for my son and I was wondering if anyone can give me more details about it.

Many thanks

Dear Yoyo 123

I have included details about the Quest Programme.....

The Quest Programme & Application

Under the Quest Programme, students who need to be taught specific strategies in order to help them study effectively can receive one-to-one tuition from trained staff in skills such as reading, maths, writing and organisation. The school is accredited by CReSTeD in the Category Withdrawal System (WS) Schools.

The aim of the Quest Programme is to teach students with different learning styles or difficulties to function successfully and independently in an academically challenging, mainstream setting.

We believe the Quest programme provides an especially favourable environment for those students who may have found traditional learning situations unsuitable. The programme, with its specialists, is an integral part of the school community and is a resource for all teachers and parents.
