Ombudsman - rehearing
It is looking quite possible that we may get a re-hearing for one appeal of my DD's. This is because of misleading information stated/given by the school's presenting officer.
So, my question now is:
By the time of the rehearing we will have all KS2 SAT results. Will they have any validity on the day (it is a non-qualification appeal and she was expected by all to pass the 11+ without issue).
I hope so as we have a 5a in maths and a 5b in science so far.
Any thoughts here would be welcome.

I hope so, because we had a re-appeal today, and I took the results with me (don't know how you get the levels, I just had the marks) as I thought that they confirmed current ability. Second appeals seem much less stressful somehow, if that's any help. Will hear tomorrow if this strategy was successful or not! Good luck with your appeal, hope they don't keep you waiting too long.
