Slough Grammar Appeals 2007/8

Does any one know how many people sat 11+ at Slough Grammar this year? How many sat SGS last year and how many appeals last year and how many successful? On our letter from Langley Grammar it showed how many people appealed last year and how many were successful.

Sorry, dont know the answer as had no info published. ....but please could you let us know what the figures were that were quoted by Langley grammar.

I'd also be very interested to know those for Herschel and St Bernard's if anyone had that information.

If necessary, you can ask the Admissions Secretary at the foundation school for the figures.

If that doesn't work, write to the chair of governors, requesting the details under the Freedom of Information Act.

Our letter from Langley GS quoted that 475 children scored between 111 and 141 and there was a total entry of 1114. It also informed us that last year 81 appeals were made and only 5 of these were successful. These sort of figures are quite daunting.
