SOUP and SOUR both start with the same three letters so these must be
3586 and 3584
so:
3 = S
5 = O
8 = U

the other two codes both start with 6 and the other two words both start with P
so
6 must be P
and 4 = R

leaving 6584 and 6541, with substitution, to be POUR and POR1, so
1 = T

TOUR = 1584
SOOT = 3551
RUST = 4831
POOR = 6554
