Algebra
I want to teach my daughter about Algebra
Algebra and Equations , Balancing Equations
Rearranging Equations , Worked Examples
Order of Operations - BODMAS / BIDMAS
Function Machines
Can anyone recommend any books or website where all 11+ algebra is covered.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Algebra
So there is no algebra in 11+
Re: Algebra
I would think it depends on which exams you are sitting. It may not be Algebra heavy but a few questions, problem solving type, may be easier and time saving with algebra methods.

Re: Algebra
My daughter will sit for Trafford
Re: Algebra
Does Trafford all have the same exam these days? It used to be the same and GL assessment was the provider and the Pass and Practice series were useful. But things may have changed. Try the Trafford section maybe?

Re: Algebra
Peter Robson's book 3 is good for algebra. We have whole set and I highly recommend it.
Re: Algebra
Seriously, there is no need to cover this for 11+.
Re: Algebra
Most needed for Essex and also in the yr 6 2014 curriculum. Not sure about your area.
