Re: Appeal Questions & Answers - update
Version 9 of the Q&As is now available.

This is a major update, incorporating all of the draft items that have previously been listed in a separate thread.
The section on educational psychologist reports (B3) has been updated, and there are other changes too.
The Q&As are very much a 'work in progress', with minor amendments being made all the time.
The next major revision is likely to be in 2012 when a new Appeals Code is expected to come into force.

Re: STICKY: Appeal Questions & Answers - latest version
Version 10 of the Q&As is now available.

This is a major update, which endeavours to take into account the 2012 Appeals Code, and also the fact that this week the EFA took over responsibility from the YPLA for academy appeals.
The new Appeals Code is a 'slimmed down' version, and there is likely to be some uncertainty about issues that are no longer directly addressed. In the absence of any specific guidance, it will be for appeal panels to be seen to be acting fairly and reasonably.
