How can I find a particular book?

Our new shop has been extensively upgraded to make it easier to navigate and find what you are looking for.

Using the Left Hand Menu - You can use the left hand menu buttons to browse 11+ books, E-papers, Interactive CDs/Software. Each of these three sections is divided into subjects. So if you wish to find a verbal reasoning book select 11+ Books and then click on Verbal Reasoning. The results will show all Verbal Reasoning Books. You can use the Sort By Filter in the results page to view the results by bestseller, price, title etc.

Using the Right Hand Search Box - The search box at the top is a wide search function in which you can use any word or number. This will reveal any results containing the search term in the title, author, publisher, ISBN field or in any of the detailed product descriptions we have provided.

Using the Search By Filters – these are better used to find a specific product. You can search by choosing more than one filter to narrow the results further. For instance if you wish to find Math’s books by the publisher named IPS you would select Maths Books in the subject drop down list and then IPS in the Publisher drop down list.

How do I place an Order?

Orders should be placed online.   Follow the steps below to complete an order:

  • Add items you want to buy to your basket.
  • You can click on 'View Basket' at the top right hand corner of the page at any time to view the items you have added.
  • In 'View Basket' you have the option of removing items or changing the quantity.
    Items are automatically removed if you click on the Remove button. To change the quantity you need to change the figure in the quantity box and click on the 'Update' button.
  • Once you are happy with your basket contents you can click on 'Checkout'
  • Our checkout is a simple 1 page form with 4 steps:
    Step 1 - Enter your name, billing address and delivery address (if different) and then click "Proceed to step 2"
    Step 2 - Select your postage method.
    Step 3 - Select your payment method – Credit/Debit Card or PAYPAL.
    Step 4 - Check your Order Summary then click ‘Proceed to Payment’ when you will be taken to the payment screen. Depending on your payment method you chose, one of the below will happen:

    For PayPal you will taken to PayPal's website to confirm payment
    For Credit/Debit cards you will be taken to the RBS WorldPay secure server to complete your card details. If you are registered with Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode you will also be prompted for your password.
  • An order confirmation page will appear when your payment has been completed and you will be automatically taken back to our shop which will display your invoice. You can also log in to your account at a later date to view your order and print out the invoice.

Can I order an item that shows out of stock?

No. Many of our customers, which include professional tutors and schools value and rely upon the next day delivery service and they would not want their order to be held back whilst waiting for an out of stock item. Therefore, to avoid a delay to you in despatching your order we do not allow you to add an item to your basket that is out of stock. If an item you want is out of stock we suggest you check again  as we do replenish our stocks frequently.


Do you offer extra discount for bulk purchases?

We can only offer discounts for large school or tutor orders as our online prices are already discounted. You should email us with the title and quantity required and we will give you a price.
