Terms And Conditions For Tutors Registration

1. Registration fees must be prepaid and since they are an administrative charge are non-refundable.
2. Tutors warrant that you will provide true, accurate, current and complete information as required by the Registration form. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use;
3. Your E-mail address must be a valid and in current use.
4. Tutors warrant that the information they give in the Registration Form does not contravene any law of and that use of ElevenPlusExams.co.uk will not be for any illegal purpose or in breach of any trade or advertising laws governing the sale of goods or provision of services.
5. We endeavour to make every effort to ensure the accuracy of tutors details however, ElevenPlusExams.co.uk will not be liable for any errors or delays in publication.
6. ElevenPlusExams.co.uk reserves the right to refuse registration of any tutor at their sole discretion.
7. ElevenPlusExams.co.uk reserves the right to terminate your registration if any information you have provided is untrue, inaccurate, out of date, incomplete or is in our opinion likely to mislead.
8. Tutors are able to make changes to all or part of their registration details at any time and may cancel their registration at any time.
9. It is the responsibility of the parent to check identity and qualification before entering into a contract. ElevenPlusExams.co.uk accept no responsibility for inaccurate or misleading information between student and tutor.
10. Tutors must not post any material which is unlawful, abusive, harmful, vulgar, defamatory, offensive, or of an obscene nature or in such a way as to cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety.
