Normally no 17 comes around mid to late April..
It may not have been their first choice & they may have now been offered another school, or, they have decided to accept a private school place.

It is a nuisance not having a phone number. They usually get back to you fairly quickly though. I'm afraid we don't have knowledge of how appeals are actually submitted if you can't set up an on line account. As it is time sensitive I'm sure you'll hear from them soon.

You need to check the admissions criteria for each school, but generally, if admissions are down to distance after scoring a qualifying score, moving house would move your son up the waiting list. Have you told your local authority that you have moved?
