Excellent english tutor needed!

I'm looking for a fantastic english tutor in the Richmond/Kingston area. This is for independent school exams, not grammar, but I want someone who just "gets" boys and english and could get my son (yr5) interested in reading and comprehension, not just by going through endless comprehension papers but by doing something a bit more creative with him.
