Multiple choice punctuation question answers

The books we purchase and test papers they have 4,5 answers from the question, but how can we teach with out knowing what is the exact error in that one.

Have you the questions only and no answers? Or do you mean that you have the answers but don't know how to explain/understand what the mistake is?
