Manchester Grammar School 2005

Post by abc72 »

Could somebody tell me where to find the download for this - Manchester Grammar School 2005 - English paper? The Manchester grammar school website has downloads only up to 2008.

Thanks.

Is there some reason you want this paper? It is better to do the more recent papers as formats of exam papers change over time. There will not be anywhere for you to download it as MG has chosen to only make papers back to 2008 available which is a lot more than most schools. It is possible that a forum member has a copy. DG

Thank you DG. There was one bit of comprehension my DS struggled and I heard that it was this paper that comprehension passage was taken from.
So, wanted to know what in this passage made it so tricky. Or, any other equivally tough comprehension to try.

Tough omprehension is easy to find. What is the format of your English paper?

Then the Manchester Grammar papers are not really suitable for you as they are standard format. DG

Hi
I understand that it may not be multiple choice. I am mainly looking to get hold of it to find why my son found the passage so tricky to answer. I guess the passage was used for a set of multiple choice questions.
Thanks.

Can your ds remember what it was about? If it was a Manchester Grammar English Comprehension paper then they are all standard format. DG
