English Tutor - Birmingham area

My son is due to take his tests this year hopefully. I think he needs more help with comprehension. He is getting lower marks in English then in NR, VR and Maths. He is averaging around 70% in comprehension tests.
Do you think it would be a good idea to get an English tutor to try and raise his marks in comprehension?
Anyone know a good english tutor in Birmingham?
