Hi sarah,

My son remembers that, last year, he had two 10mns question types, with practice questions at the beginning of each type, the same as in the NFER test papers, just two instead of five.
I cannot confirm whether these types are always two from the NFER test papers or if there is a possibility that other types come up.
Does anyone else know more about it?

hi Catherine

thanks for your reply. do the children get to do the practice questions before the timing starts or within their time of 20 mins.

This is what my son remembers about last year test: they had a few minutes to read the question and do some practice questions. Then the timed test started.
The two questions were done separately, and it was not possible to work on the first question after the allocated time for it.

I am not aware of changes that could have been made this year.

Does anyone else know if it was the same format this year?
