Allocation

Post by waterlily »

Probably a question been asked loads of times before, but I can't find it.
Do we receive our results today or are they pigeon posted today. I applied online, so do I automatically receive an email or was there another way of getting online results.
I see results are coming in from W. Berks but nothing about E.Berks yet!
Good luck to all out, be it grammar or not..

Wokingham LEA

Post by jules63 »

On-line results were available this morning for Wokingham ....but not for me as I did a paper application (Why? I've asked myself a million times this morning!) .....I phoned the LEA and they told me the letters would be mailed out today (Monday 1st) so should arrive Tuesday or Wednesday. Waiting is difficult - especially when I know if we'd done the application on-line we would know by now..Grrrr!

Congratulations sloughdaddy and waterlily
Lots to celebrate today.

Online results can be viewed at the site you applied to (usually the LA).
Letters will be posted today and therefore reach you by tomorrow or Wednesday.

:D

My son got Langley!! Can't wait to tell him.

We don't live in Slough so the letter and email came today (The letter first!). Should have been able to access the info online at 7am, but the system must have crashed this morning so couldn't find out that way!! I feel like all I've done this morning is try and get online and check if the postman's been... wait... that IS all I've done this morning!!! Post came as I was making lunch, you'd think after all the waiting I'd have ripped open the letter... well I did tear open one corner... but then was a bit scared so I finished making my lunch, sat down and then opened the letter. I was so relieved I welled up! My boy's going to be so happy!
Online system is working now so I've accepted the place online.

Congrats to everyone who got their preferred choices. :D
Good luck to everyone who didn't- I was there three years ago, so know what it's like. DD is very happy and settled in her local comp- all's well...

Hi All

Thank you DS was also offered Langley and we are over the moon!

I would however like to get in contact with any parent/s on this forum who are coming via Ealing area and would like to pool together a car share.

Again congratulations to all! :D
