Hi everyone, I checked the forum regarding the 13 plus Reading Boys but I haven't found much more than what's on their website.

Welcome to the forum.
Others will feel they are top of their local school and fancy the challenge.
I had some feedback last year from one succesful 13+ who came via a local comprehensive, they used the KS3 CGP books in maths/english/science to fill in the gaps.
13+ at Reading is a very small "market" so hard to get lots of feedback.
At the moment I feel like the only one trying for 11+ this year, come on you other 500, where are you?

So 86 chasing 12 places, very competitive, having said that a lot will be boys who have to leave prep. schools at 13 and giving it a go as it is free.Back of the prospectus some added info.....Applications received for 2010
