You're into counting hours now!!! not days!

Is this the first time they've used an online system for admins? Details, yet again, appear rather sparse, not to mention confusing. Do hope, for the sanity of many, that they are kind enough to post results at midnight.

Fingers and toes aching, from being crossed for so long for you both

BEST OF LUCK for tomorrow/midnight

Dear Son came bouncing and beaming out of school.

Desperate Dad asks you look happy.

Dear Son replies teacher says good news good result yipppee.

Desperate Dad really, really?

Dear Son no only joking.

Caught hook, line and sinker.

Dear Steve61

I just love your sons sense of humour.

[cruel and warped, but amusing none the less]

Patricia,

In that moment I felt humbled.

All the stress disappeared, the result did not seem as important, my little boy was developing some really good life skills and I felt that he would cope with the next step and I should grow up a little bit and chill out, there will be life after the 11+. :)

Story in Reading Post page 6 but not on their web site.
OKAY so now I'm completely embarrassed! Forgot that was the name of local rag through the door  Doesn't look anything, but hard work on their part though.

Your son sounds like a true trooper. Agree that he will cope admirably with the next step. :)

Stevew61, I'll make sure that I check this site after midnight in case your result pops up.

Catherine,

Thanks for checking at mid-night, I guess a moderators work is never done!

Just noticed that Patricia and Catherine are moderators, congratulations, another sign of the forum growing and maturing.

Latest Reading School rumour they were being helpful and giving results over the phone late this afternoon, by the time I phoned they had gone to voicemail.

Good luck everyone.

Congrats from me too for the Moderator badges, Catherine and Patricia.

Does that mean you can set detentions now?

Krikey Catherine, just realised you've reached the 500+ posts mark. I think you definitely deserve it in that case.

Great to see that Patricia will still be around too, do worry where would we go with our VR questions without her. (Sad, I know!)

It's late, I'm rambling, I'd better stop.

:)

Dear Steve & Bewildered et al,

Long term seasonal contributors to the forum are welcome to enlist. Both Patricia and Catherine volunteered after more than 287 spam messages hit our forum during the course of today.

Wow! you've certainly had your work cut out today!

Site envy, Obviously. A back handed compliment, from someone.

Could be tempted to enlist, as I visit here at least 6-8 times a day!
Whats involved?
