Completely out of simple interest.
How do Reading Boys and Kendrick admissions work? Are there tiebreakers if two people get exactly the same marks (and say have the same DOB, so standardisation makes no difference either). Distance from school?

All info is in here - http://ww2.reading.gov.uk/documents/edu ... %20sig.pdf" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

They're both just distance, although apparently use different ways of measuring it!

Kendrick used to have a sibling preference before distance, but that was scrapped 4 or 5 years ago.

we were told at the open evening that whilst distance (line of sight between OS grid references) was the tie breaker - it had never had not had to be used in recent memory
