Hi All,

Seeking some suggestion...

My daughter passed her 11+ exam for Kederick with 134 marks with Joint 1st grade. However, we made an mistake of not putting Kenderick Grammar as our first choice on CAF, due to some misguiding advice from our LA.

Just wondering if anyone else is in the same situation? or have similar experience? how do we rectify the mistake? Any suggestions...

We are just gutted...

Sorry to hear your predicament.

Can you appeal, on grounds of misinformation from the LA?

Try asking your question in the appeals section.

Can you PROVE the LEA misinformed you? If not, I suspect you just go on a waiting list, but then you might have to surrender the place you have been offered???? I don't know. Sounds horrid, but possibly you just have to make the best of hwat you've got?

I would definately call the Lea and also the school explaining the misinformation..... they would be the ones to advise you of the options open to you. The CAF form can be very confusing and they must have had this situation before. :? Let us know if they are any help?
