Kendrick 2012 test almost upon us...

Post by sonasona »

Hi everyone, my DD will be taking the Kendrick test on 1st October and has been allocated a morning slot.

Good luck to all the other Dds (and their parents) for the test.

I was wondering if anybody had any useful tips with just 3 weeks to go...in particular my daughter is struggling with the following question type....

22(32)10 , 5(15)10

6( )3

This is a fairly simple example but she does struggle to spot the relationships quickly....any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

tell her that addition and multiplication usually make the number larger than atleats one of the numbers outside the brackets, and division/subtraction make it smaller that could be a good start for her...

I thought we were doing well with these but still seem to be struggling....now I'm hoping these don't turn up in the test! :(
