Maths results for 2013
Bearing in mind they do twin GCSE maths, applications of mathematics and methods of mathematics.
Apps of maths A* 54, A 28, B 9, C 1
Methods of maths. A* 68, A 21, B 3
So as Aliportico says, most get A*/A

It is really just teaching methods now as they only have 3 sets now of similar sizealiportico wrote:No CATs unless they've changed things recently. There's not really enough of a range of ability to need sets. Pretty much everyone gets A/A* whichever maths set they're in, the difference is more in the style of teaching and size of class.
Re: Kendrick Rankings
I think in later years they have 4 sets for maths rather than 3.

Don't you think applications is harder than methods, 55? I've always thought that it would be perfectly possible to get an A in methods (which is very straightforward) and a C in applications.
