SLOUGH CONSORTIUM 2014 RESULTS - POST HERE !!!

hk123, thank you for posting this information. This year Slough cohort may have many DCs from Reading who have ticked the 'Share score with Slough' box and it is possible that many of them are OOC for Langley Grammar.
Is this Langley Grammar's first year of catchment Introduction (Designated area)?

Yes true, we are OOC for Langley but we ticked Share score with Slough box for Herchel and Upton Court.

Langley has got catchment policy for quite some years now I am told. Whether some postcode has recently been added or deleted that I am not sure.

Hello everyone,

I received following break down scores for last year from Langley Grammar School's admission office. Hope these figures could help you predict your kids position for this year entry.

1. How many children in total sat your entrance exam in 2013? Approximately 3563
2. How many children scored 111 or above in 2013? 1052
3. How many children scored 117 or above in 2013? 598


According to above last year figures, children who score 123 or more this year might get a place at Langley Grammar!

Out of memory, last year's Langley cut off was 117. Hope someone will correct me if I am wrong.
I will need to dig out Slough consortium result. I think they have given previous years' data.

A couple of friends got the following info for the Slough Consortium:

Number of children scoring 133 or above = 378
Number of children scoring 134 or above = 346
Number of children scoring 135 or above = 323

This is consistent with a standard deviation of 27. Hope this helps people.
