Incorrect name on the slough results letter!!!!

Hi,

Just received our letter from the slough consortium. The name on the letter is incorrect so I am unsure whom to contact now. We sat the exam at Kendrick thus I'm doubtful if calling any individual schools will help. There is no other number to contact. Help!!! Already waited so long and now this

I would call any school, they may not be able to explain it right away but should be able to point in the right direction.

Finally got through one of the schools! The very friendly lady at Herschel grammar told me to disregard the letter I have received today. There was a computer glitch that has caused this problem. Fresh letters are being posted out first class that we should receive tomorrow/ day after. She mentioned that this has affected those who had ticked the slough box and sat the exam in reading. Seriously!!! In this day and age

Did she say if it was only the name that was wrong? Was the score correct?

I asked her if the score was correct but she told me to disregard that . Our letter shows a score of 149. Fingers crossed it's only the name that's incorrect!!

I also got the letter with incorrect name.my dd sat kendrick school.i called Herschel grammar got the same reply as MumHere.how can they do mistake at this stage
