Weighting between verbal, non verbal and maths

The verbal/English scores for Reading School have been given a double weighting for the boys that sat the test in Sept 2014. I seem to remember being told about this but I can't find where. Does anyone know where Reading School told us about this. Also, is this the first year that verbal/English has been given a double weighting?
