Thanks everyone, we have decided not to go to Slough after all as DC just got positive results from other school.

I don't know for Slough, but Kendrick state that the remark won't happen until March 1st.

I also don't know how successful appeals have been for Slough schools in the past.

If you are sure you want to appeal, then put the school in the CAF anyway, as you need to be refused to be able to appeal. Then visit our appeals section on the main website and on the forum for further advise on appeals.

I hope putting school on the CAF is enough and not it has to be number 1 on your CAF ---- to put the appeal. Hope I am correct

I would have thought it was best to put it first so that you actually get refused based on score. If you put it at the bottom and then get given one of your higher preferences then you won't have been refused it.
