Hi Sona and IndieMom,
Last year, you could extract information from the Reading School regarding the full test result ( scores and position ) of Reading School and how many pupils were OCC when they registered. Please could you do it for us this time as well.
My son scored 113.98. So very slim chances of getting in. We are n catchment though.

Dont feel disheartened...you are among the 198 that qualified and are in catchmentKittty5 wrote:Hi Sona and IndieMom,

there are 136 places so as long as you are in the top 136 you have a place...which means you need 62 children below you. The pass mark is 108 and if there are 12 children between each score then thats 60 gone
So I wouldnt say you have a slim chance. you have a chance you are in the borderline to get in.
Hope this helps

Thanks helping_hand for the kind words. What do you think about the score lowered to 108 this year?
Re: Reading test results 2016 (2017 entry)
Both Reading schools have large catchment areas and no doubt some candidates will also be in Slough so will probably choose Slough over Reading.
Kitty5, I'd say your DS will probably be fine with just under 114 but we'll have to play the waiting game until 1st March!
