when can we expect hte Berkshire results?

I posted a similar question a week back - no response.
I heard a rumour that results might be out on 14th Oct Friday

Mid October sounds about right.
Nearer the time they will give you a more accurate date. I'm guessing this year you will be able to get the results on line for the first time.

The slough consortium website now says results in mid October.

The Kendrick website now says results will be online Monday 17th October. They are not posting any results letters this year.

It depends on the LA but I believe most offer on line application And paper applications.
I would recommend on line as you should get notification on allocations day rather than a day or so later.
You maybe should have received an application pack via school by now? I'm sure we got one in September.
If not I would ring your local education authority and ask for one.

If you go to the website of your home Local Authority, you will find instructions as to how to complete and submit your CAF. I doubt that there are any areas where it is not at least possible to submit it online - I think there are some LAs where it is no longer possible to make a paper submission.

Please do read (and mark and inwardly digest, as they used to say ) all the instructions and information about admissions criteria etc. Every year, people post that they haven't, or did, but chose to believe the idiot parent in the school playground instead, and come national allocations day are now suffering the consequences...

Last year it was earlier, but this year is the first that the results will be on line.

I'm going to set up some results threads in anticipation.
