No Supplementary forms for any schools except St Bernards

Hi,

I understand this is the case but double checking. Only St Bernards requires a supplementary form and other schools are happy as long as their name is on the CAF form . Please can someone acknowledge.

I think only St Bernard's needed one for church attendance (and I think it was already supposed to have been submitted but tethered seems to be confusion whether they will accept after the deadline or not).

Thanks Tinkers. Just called St Bernard's and they confirmed that any letters received upto 2nd November will all be taken into account.
