I think it will be difficult to get in year places at Aldryngton. It's a very popular school. The closer you are the better. Loddon I'm not so sure about but they have recently expanded, but may not have places for older years. Earley St Peter's is also an option, unless you really don't want a church school (though a fair number of pupils are not Christian). I suspect you'll have a few issues getting primary places in the Earley/Lower Earley area.

TBH though as I said before, I wouldn't move to ME catchment if I lived in Waingels catchment. Bulmershe is also a good option.
If you lived in an area with not so great secondaries, it would be worth moving, but if it were me in your shoes, I wouldn't. However ultimately it is your decision to make not mine.

Sixth form is a time you can take stock and change schools if necessary. ME is going to have to expand its sixth form I suspect as they have said students at MER will get priority places over students from other schools. MER does not have a sixth form.
