11+ Late Examination Slough Consortium
Hi,
Can you please confirm what will be the month for 11+ late examination of Slough consortium grammar school?
Will it follow the same CEM pattern?
Thanks,
Trupti

Welcome. I’ve moved you to Berkshire.
Re: 11+ Late Examination Slough Consortium
The main late test date for those who were ill has been and gone.
There might be a later date for those moving into the area but I have no idea when the date is as I suspect it depends on how many and when.
I suspect it would only be for those with a legitimate reason for sitting late E.g. moving into the area. Any application would still be considered as late I think.

Re: 11+ Late Examination Slough Consortium
I don’t think they have a late sitting because they are so oversubscribed and they don’t want to encourage “enterprising” parents from presenting their DC a few months late in the hope that the LEA might find a magical extra place down the back of the sofa....
there’s a single illness-resit date, and that’s it.
Otherwise when the waiting list is arranged kids on the waiting lists could be bumped by late sitters which again I don’t think they want.
In-year spaces are rare, but are dealt with by individual schools (see their admissions criteria) not the consortium.
